Moving You Forward

The ProPhysio way

At ProPhysio, we believe movement is medicine — and recovery should never be a waiting game, but a winning one.
Based in George, our multidisciplinary practice is built on a simple yet powerful philosophy: to restore, strengthen, and empower every patient to live and move without limitation.

From everyday aches to elite sports injuries, ProPhysio provides evidence-based treatment, personalised rehabilitation, and preventative care for patients of all ages. We blend clinical expertise with a deep understanding of human movement, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to your specific goals — whether that’s returning to the field, the office, or simply living pain-free.

Our approach extends beyond recovery. We see every patient as an individual with unique potential. That’s why our team works collaboratively across orthopaedic, neurological, sports, paediatric, and post-surgical physiotherapy — ensuring complete, coordinated care designed to deliver long-term results.

At ProPhysio, we’re not just treating injuries — we’re building stronger, more resilient bodies and helping people rediscover the joy of movement.
